This sacred retreat experience (the “Retreat”) is lovingly offered by Eileen Santos (also known as Elohi Magdalena Rosa), Pamela Jane Gerrand (also known as Elohi Maria Rosa), and Anarayah Collective, LLC (the “Proprietors”). By registering for the Retreat, you (the “Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below (the “Agreement”). If you disagree with the following, we kindly ask that you refrain from registering.

Waiver of Liability

By selecting the agreement checkbox upon registration, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your health, well-being, and personal choices throughout this retreat journey. You agree to hold the Proprietors harmless from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages that may occur, including but not limited to during group activities such as hiking, sound alchemy sessions, or other embodied movement practices, regardless of whether such incidents arise from perceived negligence.

You understand that all physical and energetic activities are undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion, and that your participation signifies a willingness to take full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.

By agreeing to these terms, you waive any right to pursue legal action against the Proprietors for any reason.

The guidance, teachings, and transmissions shared throughout the Retreat are intended to support spiritual awakening, personal remembrance, and soul-based transformation. They are not a substitute for professional advice in areas such as mental health, physical health, medical care, financial planning, or legal matters.

The Proprietors, including any collaborators, facilitators, sponsors, agents, or affiliates, do not offer licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and actions during and after this retreat.

While we hold sacred space with integrity, love, and care, we cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect consequences or outcomes related to your participation in this Retreat.

To be clear: You, the Participant, remain the sovereign authority over your choices, experiences, and path. By registering and participating, you agree not to hold the Proprietors liable for any outcomes — personal, emotional, physical, or spiritual — that arise from this journey.

Agreement

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, and that you consent to all of its terms. May this Retreat be entered into with full presence, self-responsibility, and reverence for the sacred journey ahead.

These expansive shared King rooms hold two women in the ancient tradition of Rose Sisterhood. Soothing, spacious, and rooted in the Bastide’s timeless charm, these rooms are designed for comfort and deep rejuvenation.

Views and room layouts vary throughout the Bastide, each offering its own gentle window into the beauty of the land.

Sharing this room is a powerful initiation into being held, supported, and witnessed in your divine unfolding.

Accommodation & Registration Notes

Please be sure to click “subscribe” during registration so you receive all retreat emails. A Welcome email will arrive shortly after you register. (Check spam/junk if you do not see it.)
For shared rooms:
When registering, please indicate if you already have a roommate. If so, please provide their name. Otherwise, we will divinely pair you with a rose sister.
Room layouts and views vary within the historic Bastide; each room offers its own unique charm and atmosphere.
Payment plans adjust depending on the month you register to ensure full payment is received by April 30, 2026.
– November 2025: 6-month plan
– December 2025: 5-month plan
– Later months will offer shortened plans accordingly
